Keep an eye on the stock as that growth narrative meets a second straight quarter of estimates running ahead of results.

Cronos Group reported Q3 2026 revenue of $63.45 million, a 74.6% jump from the same quarter a year earlier, yet the result still missed the $73.39 million Wall Street consensus. EPS came in at $0.04 on a GAAP basis, missing the $0.047 estimate. It marks the second consecutive quarter in which analyst expectations have run ahead of the actual numbers, a pattern worth watching as the growth story matures.

Revenue from markets outside Israel and Canada surged 614% year over year, led by Germany. Cannabis flower sales, which reached $47.98 million and grew 82% year over year, powered most of the top-line gain. Because flower exports to Germany carry no excise taxes, the mix shift lifted average selling prices and helped push gross margin to 50.9%, while Adjusted EBITDA more than tripled to $17.08 million.

In Canada, the Spinach brand held the number-one position in both vapes and edibles, with vapes holding 11.4% national share and edibles at 21.8%. Canadian retail sales of Spinach products rose 41% against 1% nationwide category growth, and the brand expanded to 6.3% national market share overall. Cronos Israel posted its eleventh consecutive record revenue quarter, with net revenue up 33% year over year.

Looking ahead, the October 15, 2026 closing of the CanAdelaar acquisition plants Cronos inside the Dutch adult-use cannabis market. CEO Mike Gorenstein called it a leadership position in Europe's largest adult-use market and noted that IP transfer and integration are already underway. The company appointed former CanAdelaar CEO Christopher Martens as General Manager of Cronos Netherlands.

On the balance sheet, Cronos carried $411.19 million in cash and equivalents and held total assets of $1.198 billion against total liabilities of just $73.4 million, leaving substantial room for further acquisitions. The company repurchased 3.2 million shares for $9.4 million during the quarter and 15.5 million shares for $42.3 million across the first nine months of 2026. Management offered no numerical revenue or earnings guidance for the coming quarters, though it said it expects to keep investing in international growth while running the buyback program.
