CrowdStrike's adjusted EPS of $0.31 beat expectations, extending its streak of beating Wall Street's earnings expectations to nine consecutive quarters.

Net new ARR hit a record $332.8 million, a 51% acceleration year over year, with Falcon Flex ARR more than doubling as large customers commit to the platform's broader bundle.

CrowdStrike also swung to GAAP net income of $5.31 million, compared with a loss in the same period a year ago, and free cash flow gives it meaningful financial flexibility.

Management raised full-year revenue and non-GAAP EPS guidance, and lifted net new ARR growth guidance by 630 basis points to 34% at the midpoint. That upward revision tends to matter more to growth investors than the quarterly beat itself.

For Q3 FY27, the company guided to higher total revenue and non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.31. CEO George Kurtz called the quarter the best in CrowdStrike's history, citing mass-market acceptance that AI adoption requires security as the core demand driver.
