Element Solutions delivered another consecutive record quarter, with adjusted earnings per share of $0.50 for Q3 2026 beating expectations and revenue coming in above estimates as well.

The Electronics segment did the heavy lifting, with net sales up 68% on a reported basis as AI infrastructure, semiconductor fabrication, and data storage demand drove double-digit organic growth across every Electronics vertical. Adjusted EBITDA margins in Electronics expanded 230 basis points, a signal that the volume surge is reaching profit.

The Micromax acquisition contributed roughly 30% of the Electronics segment's reported net sales increase, and pass-through metals pricing rose sharply year-over-year, so part of the top-line gain is structural. The smaller Specialties segment grew 13% but saw margin pressure tied to the EFC acquisition.

With that momentum in hand, management raised full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to approximately $720 million and projected adjusted EPS growth in excess of 20% for the year. The guidance lift came weeks after Element Solutions walked away from the proposed Solstice transaction, and Gliklich said the company's standalone trajectory has only improved and the team kept its focus through the terminated deal.

Barclays recently initiated coverage with an Overweight rating and a $53.00 price target, reflecting constructive institutional sentiment around the company's exposure to AI-linked electronics demand. Element Solutions also repurchased common stock and paid quarterly dividends, balancing capital returns alongside its acquisition-driven growth strategy. Net debt is worth tracking as Micromax and EFC are integrated.
