Enerpac Tool Group posted Q4 2026 revenue of $185.7 million, beating expectations, with total revenue up 10.9% year over year on broad organic growth.

IT&S service sales grew 9% organically after declining in each of the first three quarters of fiscal 2026. That reversal matters because persistent service weakness had been a recurring drag on results. One quarter does not confirm a trend, but it is the first concrete evidence of stabilization.

Adjusted EBITDA margin narrowed to 22.6% from 26.5% in the prior-year quarter as gross margin compressed. Management attributed the squeeze to product mix, higher incentive compensation, and deliberate investments in future growth.

The SFE Group acquisition closed on October 28, the same day the quarter was filed, and it shapes the forward outlook. Fiscal 2027 guidance calls for net sales of $825 million to $845 million, with SFE Group contributing roughly 10 months. Fiscal 2026 free cash flow rose 30%, funding the integration.

An Investor Day is scheduled for November 4, 2026 at the New York Stock Exchange, where management will detail how SFE Group fits the long-term strategy and how the service recovery sustains itself.
