As seen on the 24/7 Wall St. homepage on November 5, 2026.
Organic sales rose 5% once the Dr. Comfort divestiture headwind is stripped out, well above the 1.8% reported revenue growth. Management raised full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $3.58 to $3.79 and authorized a new $200 million buyback against a $1.4 billion market cap.

Enovis reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.88 for the third quarter of 2026, clearing the consensus estimate of $0.77 by nearly 15%. Revenue came in at $558.7 million, essentially in line with the $557.1 million estimate, representing 1.8% growth on a reported basis year over year.
That 1.8% headline figure understates what actually happened in the business. After stripping out the drag from the October 2025 divestiture of the Dr. Comfort Footcare Solutions line, which created a 2.5% headwind to total company growth, organic sales rose 5%. The Reconstructive segment was the standout, climbing 6% on a reported basis and 6.3% organically, with International Reconstructive up 7% reported and 7.8% organically. U.S. Bracing and Support added 4.5% growth on the Prevention and Recovery side.
Profitability moved in the right direction as well. Adjusted EBITDA margin expanded to 18.5% from 17.3% a year earlier, and gross margin widened to 60.8% from 59.9%. CEO Damien McDonald credited share gains in Reconstructive and steady Prevention and Recovery performance, while also flagging that volatility and cost inflation in many markets remain live concerns.

Management responded to the quarter's momentum by raising the full-year outlook on multiple lines. Adjusted EPS guidance was lifted to $3.58 to $3.79, up from the prior range of $3.52 to $3.73. Adjusted EBITDA guidance was raised to $428 to $438 million, and revenue guidance was narrowed to $2.32 to $2.35 billion, with 5% organic growth baked in. Free cash flow conversion is expected to come in at 25% or higher for the full year.
The board also replaced the existing $100 million share repurchase authorization with a new $200 million program, a meaningful signal for a company with a $1.4 billion market cap. On the strategic front, management pointed to the planned acquisition of eCential Robotics and its surgical robotics platform, which the company intends to combine with its own ARVIS Augmented Reality System, as a key piece of its next phase of growth. The Lima integration remains ongoing, and integration costs were among the items excluded from the adjusted EPS figure.
