Getty Realty reported Q2 2026 earnings per share of $0.62, well above the $0.46 consensus estimate, a beat of roughly 34.5%. The outperformance was driven by a $128 million acquisition push that lifted base rental income 13.2% year-over-year, translating acquisition activity directly into bottom-line results. Revenue came in at $59.1 million, essentially in line with the $59.2 million estimate.

The quarter also marked a turning point in recent EPS history for the company. After missing estimates in Q3 2024 and Q1 2025 and posting only modest beats in the quarters that followed, the $0.62 print is the strongest reported EPS figure in at least the past eight quarters shown, and the widest margin of outperformance in that stretch.
