GFL Environmental posted Q3 2026 revenue of $2.16 billion, beating the $2.11 billion consensus, with growth of 27.2% year over year driven largely by acquisitions.
Adjusted EPS of $0.26 came in missing expectations, and GFL swung to a net loss from continuing operations of $28 million against net income of $90.4 million a year ago.

GFL also raised its full-year 2026 adjusted free cash flow guidance for the third time this year, lifting the target to approximately $1.02 billion, and raised full-year revenue guidance on completed acquisitions including SECURE Waste Infrastructure Corp.
EPS results have been uneven, with misses in Q1 and Q2 2026 ahead of this latest shortfall, and the November 9 take-private deadline now sets the clock for what comes next.
