Magic: The Gathering crossed $600 million in a single quarter for the first time, landing at $616.1 million on the back of The Hobbit and Reality Fracture set releases. That lifted Hasbro's total revenue above consensus and marked the fourth consecutive quarter of double-digit revenue growth.
Adjusted diluted EPS reached $2.90, beating expectations and extending Hasbro's streak of consecutive EPS beats to nine quarters. Adjusted operating profit and net income both rose sharply year-over-year.
Management raised the full-year 2026 constant-currency revenue growth guidance to 7-9% from a prior range of 5-7% and lifted the adjusted EBITDA target. The company also doubled its 2026 share repurchase target and returned $206 million to shareholders in Q3 through dividends and buybacks.
Magic: The Gathering is now the unmistakable engine of the business, concentrating the risk, while the digital games portfolio required $56 million in impairments year-to-date and roughly $55 million in tariff refunds benefited Q3. CEO Chris Cocks said the company expects a strong finish to 2026 and continued growth in 2027, pointing to an expanding Magic lineup and an asset-light licensing model.
