HEICO's fiscal third-quarter GAAP earnings of $1.67 per share beat the consensus estimate by roughly 10.6%, the fifth straight quarter of beating the Street on earnings.

The Electronic Technologies Group led the quarter, with operating income up 55% year over year on demand for defense, aerospace, and other electronics products. The Flight Support Group added 12% organic growth alongside improving margins.
