INNIO crossed $1 billion in quarterly revenue for the first time in Q3 2026, posting $1.17 billion and beating expectations. Adjusted diluted earnings per share of $0.15 also came in ahead of estimates, evidence of a business that has structurally repriced in the span of four quarters.

The engine of the outperformance is the Equipment segment's Data Center product line, which generated $463 million in the quarter compared with $38 million a year earlier. North America drove the geographic shift as hyperscalers and energy-as-a-service providers raced to secure behind-the-meter power for AI infrastructure.

Order momentum gives the revenue trajectory additional credibility, with the Equipment Order Backlog at a record $7.96 billion. Recent wins include a 620 MW follow-on data center order paired with a long-term maintenance agreement, a 450 MW order from Liberty Energy, and an Aggreko partnership extension through 2031.

Management responded to the quarter by raising full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $3.9 billion to $4.0 billion and lifting its Adjusted EBITDA outlook. The Q3 Adjusted EBITDA margin reflects operating leverage from scaling revenue against a largely fixed cost base.

CEO Olaf Berlien framed the longer-term logic directly: every engine delivered today creates what he called high-margin Services opportunities for decades to come. Services revenue grew 20% in the quarter, and management expects Services to remain a large share of full-year revenue as the installed base expands.
