JFrog posted adjusted non-GAAP earnings of $0.32 per share in Q3 2026, exceeding expectations for the fourth consecutive quarter and pointing to a durable demand environment.

Cloud revenue reached $101.5 million, up 60% year over year, and now makes up the majority of total revenue. Total revenue also exceeded expectations and grew year over year, reflecting enterprise willingness to pay for software supply chain security at scale.

Customer expansion reinforced the top-line story, with net dollar retention improving to 124% and existing customers spending meaningfully more over time. Million-dollar ARR customers nearly doubled and remaining performance obligations surged, a forward indicator of contracted revenue still to be recognized.

CEO Shlomi Ben Haim pointed to AI-generated code as a structural tailwind, noting that AI agents are writing code faster than any developer can review it, and that every output becomes an artifact that must be stored, secured, and governed. The company introduced Zero-Touch Remediation and an AI Asset Scanning capability during the quarter, extending its platform into what it calls agentic workforce security.

Management raised its full-year revenue outlook to $680 million to $682 million and guided Q4 2026 revenue higher. Full-year non-GAAP EPS guidance gives investors a concrete profitability target to track as cloud mix continues to rise.
