Jinko Holdings, which completed its rebranding from JinkoSolar in October 2026, posted a GAAP diluted loss of $0.48 per ADS for Q3 2026, beating expectations and marking the narrowest quarterly loss in two years.

Gross margin expanded to 12.3% from 4.2% in the prior quarter. CEO Dimi Du attributed the recovery to cost optimization on TOPCon 3.0 production lines, a richer mix of premium Tiger Neo 3.0 modules, and improving profitability in the energy storage business.

Revenue of $2.03 billion missed expectations, and module shipments of 15.0 GW fell 25% year over year as the solar module market remains in a supply-demand adjustment phase.

For Q4 2026, management guided module shipments of 16 GW to 18 GW and reaffirmed a full-year 2026 energy storage shipment target of approximately 10 GWh on a proof-of-delivery basis.

The results arrive alongside a new CEO appointment, a CFO resignation, and the formal shift to a holding-company structure with an active investment portfolio. How management balances investment activity against capital expenditure discipline and a still-pressured module market will be central to the near-term investment case.
