Domestic uranium enrichment has attracted significant policy and investor attention as the United States works to reduce dependence on foreign sources of nuclear fuel. LIS Technologies, if it completes this offering, would stand as one of the very few listed pure plays in that buildout.
The offering is at a registered stage, meaning a final price has not yet been set. Where it prices within the $5 to $7 range will reflect institutional demand for a pre-revenue, capital-intensive technology story.
