Littelfuse posted adjusted diluted EPS of $5.79 for Q3 2026, beating expectations and extending its streak of topping earnings expectations to four consecutive quarters. Revenue rose 22.75% year over year while missing expectations, partly because a Dortmund contract amendment fee was recorded as a reduction of semiconductor net sales.

The earnings strength came from improved Electronics segment profitability, where adjusted EBITDA margin expanded 910 basis points to 33.1% on volume leverage, favorable product mix, and operational execution. Passive products and semiconductors both grew within the segment, giving the margin expansion broad support.

The Industrial segment was the other meaningful contributor, posting 64.6% revenue growth with the Basler Electric acquisition accounting for 38 percentage points of that gain. Free cash flow and operating cash flow both rose for the quarter.

Management guided Q4 adjusted diluted EPS to roughly 91% year-over-year growth at the midpoint, underpinned by what the company described as record Q3 bookings. CEO Greg Henderson pointed to approximately 28% year-over-year revenue growth expected in the coming quarter. The company also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.80 per share.
