Lowe's shares touched $194.61 on September 15, undercutting the prior 52-week low it had only just set five days earlier on September 10. Breaking a floor once can look like noise; breaking it again within a week signals that sellers are consistently finding the stock at every attempted bounce.

From a peak near $283 earlier in the year, the stock has shed roughly a third of its value in a sustained move lower, with only brief and shallow recoveries along the way.

Lowe's carries a market capitalization of roughly $109 billion, making this a large-cap retailer whose weakness is hard to dismiss as thin-volume drift. Two consecutive 52-week lows in five days means the prior support level offered no meaningful floor, with no established technical base beneath the current quote.

Investors watching the stock now need to see whether buyers step in to defend this level or whether the pattern of lower lows continues. A stabilization here would be the first sign that the selling pressure is exhausting itself, but the recent track record of failed bounces means that case has yet to be made.
