AI-driven demand for optical connectivity doubled Lumentum Holdings' business, with Q4 2026 revenue of $1.01 billion, up 109% year over year across both segments.

Adjusted EPS of $3.23 came in ahead of expectations, and non-GAAP gross margin expanded to 50.4%, showing the revenue surge is reaching profitability rather than being consumed by costs.

Management guided Q1 FY2027 revenue to $1.225 billion to $1.275 billion, a level CEO Michael Hurlston said brings the company to its target operating model more than a quarter ahead of schedule.
