Natera posted Q2 2026 revenue of $752.75 million, topping analyst estimates of $661.29 million by nearly 14%. On the bottom line, the company reported a loss of $0.47 per share, beating the consensus estimate of -$0.534 by about 12%. The results mark a continued pattern of outperforming expectations, with the company also delivering a surprise profit of $0.35 per share in Q4 2025.
The strongest driver of the quarter was oncology, where test volumes surged 57.2% year over year. That momentum prompted management to raise full-year revenue guidance by $100 million at the midpoint, setting the new range at $2.85 billion to $2.91 billion. Adding further weight to the guidance lift, Signatera — Natera's tumor-informed liquid biopsy test — received FDA companion diagnostic approval in bladder cancer, along with clearances in Japan and the EU, meaningfully expanding its addressable market.
