Neurocrine Biosciences reported Q2 2026 earnings per share of $2.85, well ahead of the $1.98 consensus estimate and the company's strongest beat in recent quarters. Revenue came in at $959 million, topping expectations of roughly $890 million by nearly 8%. The results also prompted management to raise its full-year guidance for INGREZZA, the company's flagship tardive dyskinesia treatment.
A significant driver of the outperformance was the $2.9 billion acquisition of Soleno, which contributed $54 million in revenue during the quarter. The deal not only added immediate top-line impact but also broadened Neurocrine's pipeline heading into a pivotal period for the company.
