Norwegian Cruise Line posted adjusted earnings per share of $1.12 for the third quarter of 2026, beating expectations for a fourth straight quarter. The turnaround is gaining traction even as net yields remain under pressure.
Revenue of roughly $2.95 billion beat expectations on stronger close-in demand and onboard spending, with adjusted EBITDA of $937 million running ahead of management's own guidance.
The most consequential number in the report is not for 2026 at all: management now guides 2027 net yield growth of 1% to 2%, accelerating in the second half. That is the clearest sign yet that the brand repositioning and revenue management overhaul are producing results.

Total debt stands at $15.1 billion with net leverage at 5.5 times, leaving little margin for error if demand softens or fuel costs keep climbing. The booked position for the next 12 months sits below management's optimal range.
For the full year 2026, Norwegian raised its adjusted EPS guidance to approximately $1.70. The fourth quarter outlook is softer, a reminder that the recovery is uneven and the back half of 2027 carries much of the weight of management's promise.
