NovoCure posted Q3 2026 revenue of $193.4 million, up 15.7% year over year and beating expectations, with the GAAP loss per share of $0.09 also exceeding expectations.
Patient volume drove both beats: global active patients grew 19% year over year to 5,260 at quarter-end. That utilization lifted gross margin to 77% from 73% a year ago and narrowed the operating loss to $6.2 million from $36.0 million.
Full-year 2026 net revenue guidance was lifted to a range of $736 million to $743 million. Adjusted EBITDA guidance moved to $24 million to $34 million from a range that previously started at zero, putting the path to profitability on a concrete timetable.

A U.S. FDA decision on the premarket approval application for TTFields in brain metastases from non-small cell lung cancer is expected before the end of Q4 2026, and approval would open a substantially larger patient population than any current indication. Enrollment in the Phase 3 KEYNOTE D58 trial in newly diagnosed glioblastoma is also expected to complete this quarter.
Results include $4.4 million in one-time revenue benefits tied to higher claims approval rates in the U.S. and Germany, so the underlying run-rate is modestly below the headline figure. Even stripping that out, active patients and margin expansion point to a business growing faster than its costs.
