Nvidia's CoreWeave Stake Puts Jensen Huang in the Hot Seat

As seen on the 24/7 Wall St. homepage on October 15, 2026.

Nvidia's stake in CoreWeave is now a question analysts expect Jensen Huang to answer on the record, and the answer sets the tone for how much of the data center buildout is circular financing.

Should Jensen Huang should address Nvidia’s exposure to $CRWV? Tal Liani weighs in, saying Huang will eventually offer “comforting comments” defending demand, just like everyone else with a stake in the data center buildout. “It’s just a question of time," Liani says. https://t.co/CX6fTyMZjP

Analyst Tal Liani expects Jensen Huang to publicly defend demand tied to Nvidia's exposure to CoreWeave, and soon. His framing puts Huang in the same category as every other executive with a stake in the data center buildout, all of whom Liani expects to offer what he calls "comforting comments."

Nvidia's stake in CoreWeave raises a structural concern for investors: how much of the data center spending that drives Nvidia's business is being funded, directly or indirectly, by Nvidia itself. If a meaningful portion of demand is circular in nature, the growth story changes.

Until Huang addresses this on the record, the relationship between the two companies remains an open variable in how investors should read Nvidia's demand signals. Liani expects silence to end shortly.
