Ondas and Palantir Launch Regna AI for Sovereign AI Control

As seen on the 24/7 Wall St. homepage on October 12, 2026.

Ondas owns Regna outright while Palantir supplies the platform underneath it, so the drone maker captures the equity upside of the sovereign AI push and Palantir books another infrastructure customer.

$ONDS and $PLTR announced Regna AI, a new company developing specialized AI models for governments and businesses that want to retain control over their models and data. Initially wholly owned by Ondas, Regna will use Palantir’s AI platform and model-training infrastructure. https://t.co/5gk7ClYMGO

Ondas and Palantir have launched Regna AI, a company building specialized AI models for governments and businesses that want to keep ownership of their models and data. Ondas holds Regna entirely at launch, putting the full equity upside of the sovereign AI push on its balance sheet.

Palantir supplies the AI platform and model-training infrastructure that Regna will run on, adding another infrastructure customer to its roster, while Ondas captures the venture-style upside if Regna scales.

The setup targets a growing concern among government and enterprise buyers: the risk of handing control of sensitive AI workloads to a vendor. By positioning Regna around data sovereignty, the two companies are aiming at a segment where security requirements drive procurement decisions.

For investors tracking either name, the key question going forward is whether Regna stays wholly owned by Ondas or whether its structure evolves as the business grows in a competitive, fast-moving sovereign AI market.
