Plexus closed fiscal 2026 with revenue of $1.43 billion, beating expectations and clearing the top of its own guidance range. Adjusted non-GAAP EPS also came in above consensus.

Industrial, the largest segment at 48% of revenue, drove the quarter with sales of $691 million. Management credited stronger end-market demand and accelerating new program ramps across all three sectors.

The qualified opportunity funnel grew 33% year over year to a record $4.9 billion, pointing to more growth ahead. Management raised its long-term operating margin target in response.

Cash generation is the one area to monitor: full-year free cash flow was negative $28.9 million as inventory and receivables grew to support the rapid ramp. Management projected a return to positive free cash flow in fiscal 2027 and approved a new share repurchase program.

Plexus guided fiscal Q1 2027 revenue to roughly 34% growth year over year at the midpoint, essentially matching the pace just delivered. Full-year 2027 expectations call for mid- to upper-teens revenue growth with expanding operating margins.
