Qnity Electronics posted adjusted EPS of $1.46 for the third quarter of 2026, topping the consensus estimate of roughly $1.21. Revenue of $1.56 billion also beat expectations and rose from the same period a year ago. Both figures represent the strongest quarterly results in the company's short history as a standalone public company since the DuPont spin.

The growth was entirely organic and driven by volume, with no acquisition help needed to reach the numbers. Interconnect Solutions led the way, with segment sales jumping 30% and Adjusted Operating EBITDA surging to $236 million from $152 million a year ago. Semiconductor Technologies added another 15% in organic growth as AI-related demand for advanced materials accelerated across the customer base.

Profitability improved sharply alongside the topline. Gross margin widened to 47.8% from 45.1% a year earlier, and Adjusted Operating EBITDA margin reached 32.3%. The quarter also marked a supply relationship milestone, with Qnity securing a role providing advanced film technology for the iPhone 18 Pro camera system.

On the strength of the results, management raised full-year 2026 guidance, with a new Adjusted EPS target of $4.95 to $5.05 alongside higher net sales and Adjusted Free Cash Flow ranges. CEO Jon Kemp framed the momentum around materials innovation becoming a critical driver of chip performance as the semiconductor industry shifts toward shrink-and-stack architectures.

Every recent quarter has come in above analyst estimates, a marked change since the spin. R&D spending also rose to $105 million in the quarter from $92 million a year ago, signaling that management is reinvesting the margin gains.
