RingCentral delivered third-quarter 2026 non-GAAP earnings of $1.33 per share, beating expectations, with revenue and subscriptions revenue both landing above the high end of guidance.

The share of annual recurring revenue coming from customers on a native paid AI product is approaching 15% of the base, double where it stood a year ago. That adoption curve is what management leaned on when it raised full-year guidance.

Non-GAAP operating margin expanded roughly 190 basis points year over year to 24.7%, with free cash flow growing for the quarter. The AI product push is adding revenue without proportionally inflating costs.

Management lifted full-year 2026 non-GAAP EPS guidance to a range of $5.07 to $5.12, alongside higher free cash flow and fourth-quarter targets. Those targets now need to be weighed against the Q2 2026 quarter, when reported EPS of $0.35 fell well short of expectations, a result that will keep some investors cautious about extrapolating the current momentum.

CEO Vlad Shmunis framed the opportunity around what the company calls Agentic Voice AI, describing voice as central to the next wave of AI innovation and positioning RingCentral as sitting at the front door of customer interactions. New partnerships in New Zealand and Italy, along with a deal with the Golden State Warriors for AI-powered fan engagement, point to the company actively broadening the commercial surface area for that thesis.
