SharkNinja posted adjusted EPS of $2.34 for the third quarter of fiscal 2026, beating expectations against a consensus estimate of $1.87. Revenue came in at $1.98 billion, beating expectations and rising 21.2% year over year. The result extended the company's streak of double-digit top-line growth to 14 consecutive quarters.

Gross margin expanded 910 basis points to 59.2%. That jump was driven in large part by IEEPA tariff refund claims tied to duties expensed in 2026 that were accepted by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. On a GAAP basis, diluted EPS actually came in at $2.39, fractionally ahead of the adjusted figure because of additional 2025-related refunds that were excluded from the non-GAAP calculation.

Growth was broad-based across both geographies and product lines. North America revenue rose 19.4% and international revenue climbed 25.2%, with Latin America distributor markets posting their best net sales quarter on record. Among product categories, Beauty and Home Environment Appliances led the way at 45.8% growth, while Cooking and Beverage Appliances were up 36.6%, driven by the Ninja Luxe Café espresso machine and Ninja Crispi. The company also entered the water filtration market with the Ninja HydraSense during the quarter.

Management raised its full-year fiscal 2026 outlook, now guiding for net sales growth of 18% to 19%, up from a prior range of 16% to 17%. Adjusted EPS guidance was lifted to $6.65 to $6.75, and adjusted EBITDA is now expected to land between $1,380 million and $1,391 million. The updated outlook assumes current tariff levels persist through year-end, including minimum rates of 10% for Indonesia, Malaysia, and Cambodia, and 12.5% for China, Vietnam, and Thailand.

The raised guidance lands just ahead of the holiday quarter, which is seasonally critical for a consumer appliance maker. SharkNinja also repurchased 293,132 shares for $50 million in Q3 at an average price of $170.57, part of a $750 million buyback program authorized in February 2026. R&D spending rose 27% to $117.9 million, equal to 6% of net sales, signaling continued investment in new categories even as profitability expanded sharply.
