SiTime posted adjusted EPS of $4.01 for Q3 2026, beating the consensus estimate of $3.56. That marks the sixth consecutive quarter the company has topped expectations, a streak that underscores how consistently demand for precision timing components has outrun what analysts modeled.

Revenue of $298.67 million beat the $288.93 million estimate and rose 257% year over year, driven by organic demand from the AI infrastructure buildout and the first full quarter of revenue from the acquired TPD timing business. CEO Rajesh Vashist described growth in the quarter as broad-based, extending well beyond any single end market.

The TPD acquisition reshaped the balance sheet, bringing $2.00 billion in goodwill and $2.16 billion in intangible assets onto the books. The non-GAAP EPS figure of $4.01 strips out adjustments tied largely to amortization of those acquired intangibles, acquisition-related costs, and stock-based compensation, while GAAP diluted EPS came in at $0.14.

Non-GAAP gross margin expanded to 70.7% in the quarter, up from 58.8% in Q3 2025, as differentiated timing products commanded stronger pricing across data center and networking customers. Non-GAAP operating margin rose to 43.4%, compared with 18.5% a year earlier, reflecting the combined scale of the larger business.

SiTime exited the quarter with an annualized revenue run rate above $1 billion, a threshold Vashist called out specifically as evidence the company is operating at a new level of scale. No numeric forward guidance was included in the press release; management said it would discuss the business outlook on the November 4 conference call. Separately, the company announced a three-for-one forward stock split effective December 7, 2026.
