TETRA Technologies posted Q3 2026 revenue of $167.95 million, its highest third-quarter revenue in a decade and above expectations, with adjusted EPS also ahead of consensus.

Water and Flowback Services led the quarter with revenue up 21%, helped by international production testing and Argentina's Vaca Muerta basin, where revenue more than doubled as the early production facility ramped and SandStorm utilization expanded.

International work made up 41% of consolidated revenue, the strongest third-quarter international result in ten years, while Industrial Chemicals grew on U.S. demand from semiconductor manufacturing and energy storage electrolyte sales.

Management guided for double-digit year-over-year revenue and adjusted EBITDA growth in Q4 2026 and further growth in 2027, supported by deepwater demand, more Gulf of America completion activity, and the first automated SandStorm deployments in the Middle East.

CEO Brady Murphy said the Arkansas bromine plant is less than 12 months from mechanical completion, on schedule and within the board-approved budget, and pointed to seven TETRA Oasis desalination projects, four tied to data centers or their power requirements.
