Priced at $8, raising $15 million on Nasdaq

Ticketplus priced its Nasdaq debut at $8 a share, a $15 million raise on just 1.875 million shares. That tiny float is the whole story: live-event ticketing exposure arrives in a micro-cap that can move hard on day one, with Roth Capital Partners leading the deal alongside Bancroft Capital and MDB Capital.

Ticketplus Ltd. set its offering price at $8 per share, bringing in $15 million through the sale of just 1.875 million shares on the Nasdaq. The deal is notable for its exceptionally small float — fewer than two million shares changing hands at the open means even modest buying interest can translate into outsized price swings on the first day of trading.

Roth Capital Partners led the underwriting effort, with Bancroft Capital and MDB Capital rounding out the syndicate. That lineup is typical of smaller growth-oriented offerings where the bookrunner relationships and institutional allocations can heavily influence early price discovery.

For investors watching the live-event ticketing space, Ticketplus offers micro-cap exposure to that sector through a Nasdaq-listed vehicle. The thin float is the defining characteristic here — it cuts both ways, amplifying potential gains and losses compared with a more conventional-sized debut.
