Travel + Leisure posted adjusted diluted earnings of $2.21 per share for the third quarter of 2026, clearing the consensus estimate by 7.5%. Net revenues came in ahead of expectations and higher than the same quarter a year ago. A clean top-line beat alongside that EPS outperformance is rare in a quarter carrying fresh acquisition integration costs.
Net VOI sales grew 10% to $545 million on tour growth and higher gross VOI sales, with a lower loan loss provision rate adding to the result. Sustained buybacks shrank the diluted share count year over year, so every incremental dollar of profit is now spread across fewer shares.
The Travel and Membership segment revenue declined 11% to $150 million, with exchange transaction volumes and travel club revenue per transaction both lower year over year. VPG dipped 1%, partly because the mix of newly acquired resorts diluted the organic figure. Integration of Yes& Vacations and Spinnaker Resorts, closed in the third quarter, is the swing factor.

On a year-to-date adjusted basis, CEO Michael D. Brown noted that EPS is up 21%, with revenue and EBITDA also higher, adding that the results validate the multi-brand platform strategy and disciplined capital allocation the company has pursued. Management backed that confidence by raising the midpoint of full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance and setting gross VOI sales guidance above the current run rate.
Nine-month operating cash flow fell to $388 million from the prior-year period while the leverage ratio rose following acquisition funding, and shareholders' equity remains negative. A post-quarter term securitization closed at a 6.18% weighted average coupon, a financing cost to monitor. The company flagged tariff actions, trade restrictions, inflation, and recessionary pressures as headwinds to leisure travel demand.
