The European Union has moved its vote on Tesla's FSD (Supervised) approval from October 6th to December at the earliest, according to a report retweeted by Elon Musk on September 25.
That two-month slip matters because regulatory approval is the prerequisite for any commercial rollout of the software in Europe. Until a vote clears, Tesla cannot collect subscription or licensing revenue from one of the world's largest automotive markets.
