Ubiquiti crossed $1 billion in quarterly revenue for the first time, reporting $1.03 billion for Q1 2027, a 39.9% jump from the same period a year earlier. Earnings per share of $5.32 cleared the consensus estimate of $4.25 by 25%, a beat that extends a consistent run of outperformance visible across each of the prior several quarters.
The engine behind that revenue surge was Enterprise Technology, the UniFi platform covering networking, physical security, storage, and building technology, which generated $941.3 million in the quarter and grew sharply year over year. Every geographic region contributed to that growth, with North America leading at $541.7 million, followed by Europe, the Middle East and Africa at $378.1 million, Asia Pacific at $67.1 million, and South America at $39.3 million.
Gross margin expanded to 47.3%, up from 46.0% a year earlier, as lower indirect costs more than offset higher component prices. Operating income rose 49.6% year over year to $391.5 million, and net income climbed 54.2% to $320.5 million, reflecting the leverage the business captures when revenue scales at this pace.

The cautionary note is squarely on costs. Ubiquiti said component prices have been rising since the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, and that continued increases combined with potential supply constraints could pressure gross margins and limit its ability to fill customer demand in the coming quarter. The company offered no formal financial guidance for the period ahead.
Ubiquiti's board maintained its quarterly cash dividend at $1.00 per share, payable November 23 to shareholders of record as of November 16. R&D spending rose to $53.2 million from $48.5 million a year ago, driven by higher software, employee-related, and facility costs, signaling continued investment in the UniFi platform even as the near-term cost environment tightens.
