V.F. Corporation's adjusted earnings of $0.70 per share beat expectations, and revenue also came in ahead of estimates. Elsewhere in the portfolio, The North Face and Timberland each grew 4% globally, providing a steady earnings base while the Vans recovery plays out. Altra surged in the quarter, giving the company an additional growth engine beyond its two flagship outdoor brands.
The company reaffirmed its full-year FY2027 guidance, including free cash flow of at least $515 million. CEO Bracken Darrell pointed to strong wholesale orders from Vans partners as evidence that the second half should show further improvement, making the next two quarters the real test of whether this quarter's DTC signal holds.
