Vita Coco posted Q3 2026 revenue of $243.8 million, a 33.7% jump year over year that exceeded expectations, with earnings also exceeding expectations. This was the first full earnings report to reflect the July 2026 acquisition of Copra, a super-premium Thai Nam Hom coconut water producer.

Copra was the headline driver, fueling a 152% explosion in Private Label sales. Even setting the acquisition aside, organic net sales grew 18%, which management said exceeded their own expectations. CEO Martin Roper called consumer demand very healthy and pointed to robust branded retail growth across all major markets alongside the private label surge.

Acquisition-related costs and an unrealized loss on derivative instruments tied to the Copra deal weighed on the reported GAAP bottom line, so the headline earnings figure understates the quarter.

Gross margin held flat year over year at 38% in Q3, but management guided Q4 margin down to roughly 33% as cost pressures build. No pricing actions are planned until early 2027, so that compression is essentially locked in for the near term.

The stronger-than-expected quarter prompted a guidance raise, with full-year net sales now forecast at $810 million to $820 million and Adjusted EBITDA guidance lifted above the prior range. Management also noted the company had repurchased most of its common stock authorization as of October 22, 2026.
