Five companies share an ex-dividend date of October 19, 2026, meaning investors who held shares before that date are in line to receive payouts ranging from a few weeks to about a month out. WD-40 Company is the headline name, distributing roughly $13.7 million to shareholders at $1.02 per share, with payment arriving on October 30.

The remaining four names all settle on November 12: RMR Group at $0.45 per share, Industrial Logistics Properties Trust at $0.10, Service Properties Trust at $0.05, and Seven Hills Realty Trust at $0.28.

Three of those four November payers are real estate investment trusts, a structure that typically requires distributions of most taxable income to shareholders. That makes the per-share amounts and total payouts useful signals of each trust's current cash generation, even when the per-share figures look modest in isolation.

For income-focused investors, the October 19 ex-date is the line that already matters. Anyone who bought in after that date does not qualify for any of these distributions, regardless of when the payment actually lands in an account.
