Winnebago Industries Q4 2026: Revenue Miss Clouds a Thin EPS Beat
As seen on the 24/7 Wall St. homepage on October 21, 2026.

RV demand keeps deteriorating, and that matters more than the thin adjusted EPS beat: revenue of $645.1 million came in missing expectations.
The Towable RV segment bore the brunt of the pressure, with revenue falling 28.1% year over year and fifth wheel volumes particularly weak. Motorhome RV held up somewhat better, where transformation initiatives helped lift operating margins even as unit volumes fell, and Marine was down modestly.
Cost discipline was one of the few genuine bright spots, with operating expenses falling 20.1% year over year in the quarter alongside positive cash from operations. Net income still declined from a year earlier, reflecting how much volume deleverage can compress the bottom line even when costs are being tightly managed.

CEO Michael Happe pointed to early strategic progress, citing what he called real traction in the Winnebago Motorhome transformation, stabilizing share trends at Grand Design Towables, and share growth at Winnebago Towables. But he was candid about the broader environment, saying the timing and pace of recovery remain difficult to predict.
For fiscal 2027, management guided for consolidated revenue of $2.65 billion to $2.80 billion, implying RV demand stays subdued into the next fiscal year. The wide adjusted EPS range reflects genuine uncertainty about when retail conditions turn, and investors will be watching segment-level margin trends closely as any inflection materializes.
