About ENI

Eni S.p.A. is an integrated energy company, and each NYSE-listed ADR represents two ordinary shares. It operates through the following segments:
- Exploration & Production: oil and gas exploration, development and production across North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe (including Norway via Vår Energi), Asia (including the Searah JV with Petronas in Indonesia/Malaysia), the Americas and the Middle East. Production was about 1.83 mln boe/d in 3Q 2026.
- Global Gas & LNG Portfolio and Power: gas and LNG supply and trading, plus thermoelectric generation.
- Transition Businesses: Enilive (biorefining, HVO biofuels, retail and wholesale fuel marketing, partly owned by KKR) and Plenitude (retail gas and power to about 10.8 mln customers, 6.1 GW of renewable capacity, and EV charging). Plenitude became a jointly controlled, equity-accounted entity (65% Eni) after a capital raise with Ares effective September 30, 2026.
- Refining, Chemicals and Sites in transformation: Italian and international refining (including a stake in ADNOC R&GT), Versalis petrochemicals, and reconversion of closed petrochemical hubs such as Brindisi and Priolo.

Eni follows a 'satellite' model of spinning off businesses into partnerships with financial or industrial investors. It also has carbon capture (Liverpool Bay CCS/HyNet in the UK), agri-business and supercomputing activities. Updated
