Equinor ASA is a Norwegian-majority-state-owned broad energy company listed on both the Oslo Børs and the New York Stock Exchange. The company develops, produces, and markets various forms of energy including crude oil, natural gas, LNG, and power from both fossil fuel and renewable sources. Equinor operates across five reportable segments: Exploration & Production Norway, Exploration & Production International, Exploration & Production USA, Marketing Midstream & Processing, and the newly established Power segment. On the Norwegian continental shelf, the company operates major fields including Johan Castberg, Halten East, and Verdande.
