About Regeneron

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is a biotechnology company that invents, develops, manufactures and commercializes antibody and genetic medicines for serious diseases. Its areas include eye diseases, allergic and inflammatory diseases, cancer, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, neurological and hematologic conditions, infectious diseases and rare diseases.

Revenue comes from three main sources:
- **Net product sales of medicines it records itself:** EYLEA HD and EYLEA in the U.S., global Libtayo, U.S. Praluent, Evkeeza, Lynozyfic and others.
- **Collaboration revenue:** largely its share of profits from Sanofi-recorded global sales of Dupixent and Kevzara, plus Bayer's ex-U.S. sales of EYLEA HD and EYLEA.
- **Other revenue:** including royalties on ex-U.S. Praluent.

In October 2026, Regeneron expanded its Sanofi antibody alliance to add four next-generation, long-acting immunology antibodies. It received a $1.0 billion up-front payment and is eligible for up to $7.0 billion in milestones, with equal cost and profit sharing.

The company has about 50 clinical-stage candidates. Recent approvals include Pasatru (garetosmab) for FOP. Late-stage programs span multiple myeloma, lymphoma, anticoagulation (Factor XI antibodies), obesity, MASH, POTS and myasthenia gravis. Its research draws on proprietary platforms such as VelociSuite and the Regeneron Genetics Center. Regeneron also supplies the U.S. government with Inmazeb for Ebola preparedness, and returns capital through buybacks and a quarterly dividend. Updated

Mad Money w/ Jim Cramer 9/24/26

  • Cramer pushes back on index-fund supremacy, calling the absolutist version of it wrong
  • Still recommends 50% of savings in an S&P 500 fund as a hedge against your own mistakes
  • Argues the S&P holds far fewer than 500 good stocks, so you buy the bad with the good
  • Caller questions on portfolio structure for young investors, 529 plans, and retirement vs. mad money

Put half in an index fund as insurance, the other half in individual names you have actually done the homework on. Cramer's case is that an S&P 500 fund gives you 8% to 10% a year and mediocrity alongside the winners, which is why he says it will not make you rich on its own.
