The Industrial segment, operated through The Roberts Company, is a fully integrated industrial construction, fabrication, and plant services company that is expanding capacity with a new fabrication facility to support demand for data center vessel fabrication. The Teledata segment, operated through SMC Infrastructure Solutions, provides teledata infrastructure services, recently bolstered by the acquisition of ValCor Communications, which adds defense, aerospace, and technology clients. The company maintains a strong, debt-free balance sheet with over $1 billion in cash, cash equivalents, and investments, and had a project backlog of approximately $2.5 billion as of July 31, 2026.
