About Dynagas LNG

Dynagas LNG Partners LP is a Marshall Islands-based limited partnership focused on the ownership and operation of liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers. The Partnership operates a fleet of six LNG vessels, five of which carry Ice Class 1A FS designation and are fully winterized (Arc-4 LNG carriers), enabling them to operate in both conventional open-water LNG trade routes and ice-bound or harsh environment regions at temperatures as low as -30°C. The fleet serves international energy companies including SEFE, Equinor, Yamal Trade, and Rio Grande LNG under multi-year time charter contracts. Two vessels are employed in the Yamal LNG Project, transporting Russian-origin LNG globally. The Partnership is controlled by its Sponsor, Dynagas Holding Ltd., beneficially owned by Chairman Georgios Prokopiou and his family, who hold approximately 42.9% of equity interests. Technical, commercial, and administrative management is provided by the related-party manager Dynagas Ltd. The Partnership's strategy centers on deleveraging through debt repayment, returning capital to unitholders via distributions and unit repurchases, and positioning for potential accretive growth opportunities. Its revenue is derived entirely from fixed-fee time charter contracts, providing predictable cash flows with an estimated contracted revenue backlog of approximately $0.7 billion and average remaining charter duration of 4.4 years as of September 2026.
