The company operates through two primary segments: an Investment Portfolio segment encompassing credit and agency strategies across residential and commercial real estate, and a Longbridge segment that originates and services reverse mortgage loans, including both FHA-insured HECMs and proprietary reverse mortgage products. Longbridge is a vertically integrated reverse mortgage platform ranked as the #2 HMBS issuer by market share.
