Did FN Beat Earnings? Q4 2025 Results
Fabrinet closed out fiscal year 2025 on record footing, posting Q4 revenue of $909.69 million, a 20.8% year-over-year increase that cleared the $882.03 million consensus estimate by 3.14%, while non-GAAP EPS of $2.65 edged past the $2.64 analyst forecast by 0.38%. The results capped a full fiscal year of $3.42 billion in revenue, up 19% from $2.88 billion in FY2024, with demand from AI data center buildouts, including a new relationship with Amazon Web Services, serving as the primary engine behind the growth. Investors tracking the print saw a complicated post-earnings picture, however, as management flagged near-term supply constraints on 1.6-terabit optical transceiver components tied to Nvidia's networking technology, sending shares lower despite forward guidance that itself exceeded expectations. For Q1 FY2026, Fabrinet guided revenue of $910 million to $950 million, with non-GAAP EPS of $2.75 to $2.90, signaling confidence that underlying demand trends remain firmly intact beyond the transient supply headwinds.
- Record quarterly revenue of $910 million exceeding guidance range
- Non-GAAP EPS reached all-time high of $2.65
- Growing demand across all areas of the business
- Record fiscal year 2025 revenue of $3.4 billion, up 19% year-over-year
“Our fourth quarter was exceptional, capping off a remarkable year with strong momentum. We achieved record quarterly revenue of $910 million, exceeding our guidance range.
