K&S expects Q4 fiscal 2026 (ending October 3, 2026) net revenue of approximately $375 million +/- $20 million, GAAP diluted EPS of approximately $1.29 +/- 10%, and non-GAAP diluted EPS of approximately $1.42 +/- 10%, based on approximately 53.0 million diluted weighted average shares outstanding. The expanded Advanced Solutions production facility is expected to be completed as scheduled within the second half of fiscal 2027.
