About Porch Group

Porch Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRCH) describes itself as a new kind of homeowners insurance company. It uses vertical software in home-related industries, moving and home services for homebuyers, and proprietary property data to support underwriting and distribution of homeowners insurance.

Porch owns three segments:
- **Insurance Services:** Acts as attorney-in-fact and managing agent for the Porch Reciprocal Exchange, earning fees and commissions on Reciprocal Written Premium. It also includes a captive reinsurance business.
- **Software & Data:** Provides software to companies such as home inspectors and other home-related businesses.
- **Consumer Services:** Covers warranty, moving, security, TV/Internet and home projects.
