Sprott Physical Platinum and Palladium Trust

Sprott Physical Platinum and Palladium Trust is a closed-end mutual fund trust organized under the laws of Ontario, Canada, managed by Sprott Asset Management LP. The Trust invests substantially all of its assets in physical platinum and palladium bullion, providing investors with a secure, convenient, and exchange-traded alternative to direct physical bullion ownership. Units trade on the NYSE Arca under the ticker 'SPPP' and on the Toronto Stock Exchange under 'SPPP' and 'SPPP.U'. The Trust holds fully allocated, unencumbered Good Delivery Bars as defined by the London Platinum and Palladium Market, custodied by the Royal Canadian Mint. As of June 30, 2026, the Trust held 223,413 troy ounces of physical platinum and 161,459 troy ounces of physical palladium across two storage locations. The Trust does not speculate on short-term price movements and operates as a passive investment vehicle with no employees, with all administrative functions handled by the Manager. The Trust charges a management fee of 0.50% annually of net asset value.
