Markets in Asia were mixed with the Nikkei closed for a holiday.
The Hang Seng fell .4% to 20,593. Cathay Pacific was up .9% to 21.8. China Mobile was down 1.6% to 75.2. China Netcom was flat at 19.66. China Unicom was down .6% to 10.64. HSBC was down .2% to 139.9. PCCW was up .2% to 4.67.
The KOSPI was down .9% to 1,414.
The Straits Times was down 1.6% to 3,170.
The Shanghai Composite was up 2.8% to 2,807.
