The U.S. Trade Representative said that Russia and China had been put on a list of countries that do not do enough to fight piracy of intellectual property.
American officials said the two countries "aren’t doing enough to combat intellectual-property crimes," according to The Wall Street Journal.
It may be do to all of those DVDs and copies of Microsoft Windows found in Lenin and Mao’s tombs.
