Active traders and day traders have many stocks to choose from this Wednesday morning.  We are tracking news and moves in shares of Achillon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACHN), Adobe Systems Incorporated (NASDAQ: ADBE), and FriendFinder Network, Inc. (NYSE: FFN).

Achillon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACHN) is up 5.6% premarket to $6.35, relative to a 52-week range of $2.00-$7.65. The company is offering 9.6 million shares at $5.90 per share.

Adobe Systems Incorporated (NASDAQ: ADBE) is down nearly 5% before market open to $30.50, relative to a 52-week range of $25.45-$35.99. The company issued disappointing annual guidance.

FriendFinder Network, Inc. (NYSE: FFN) is up 16.7% premarket to $4.25, relative to a 52-week range of $3.61-$10.01. Imperial capital started the company at “outperform” with a $12.00 target.
