This Week's 11 IPOs on Deck (ADSI, AMID, CHEF, CJES, DNKN, HZNP, TNGO, TEA, UAGR, WAIR, WGH)

We have more than ten initial public offerings on the docket this week.  If all price, this will be the busiest IPO week since late in 2007 before the recession went into swing.  Our take is that almost half of these could suffer from market conditions if things get worse Tuesday and Wednesday.  Some could even be delayed.

ADS Tactical Inc., a cost efficient military equipment contractor, will list under the “ADSI” ticker” on the NYSE.  This is 12 million shares in a $16 to $18 range.

American Midstream Partners L.P. is a nat-gas pipeline and processing limited partnership, and it will list as “AMID” on the NYSE.  This is expected to be 3.75 million units in a $19 to $21 range which represent 40.6% of the Partnership’s outstanding equity.

Chefs’ Warehouse Holdings, a food supplier to high-end restaurants, will list as “CHEF” on NASDAQ.  We still show this as 8 million shares in a $14 to $16 range.

C&J Energy Services Inc., a hydraulic-fracturing services outfit, will trade under the ticker “CJES” on the NYSE. This is expected to be 11.5 million shares at $25 to $28 per share.

Dunkin’ Brands Group Inc. will raise as much as $400 million and trade as “DNKN” on NASDAQ.  This is the big private equity offering for the Donut and Baskin Robbins chains and the suppliers for those franchise chains.  The market is looking for more than 22 million shares in a range of $16 to $18 per share.

Horizon Pharma Inc. will list as “HZNP” on NASDAQ. The expected offering is for 5.5 million shares at $10 to $12 per share.

Tangoe Inc., a communications equipment and service software management company, will list as “TNGO” on NASDAQ.  The expected sale is for 8.7 million shares in a range of $9 to $11 per share.

Teavana Holdings Inc., the high-end tea retailer, will list as “TEA” on the NYSE.  We are looking for about 7.1 million shares in a range of $13 to $15 per share.

Union Agriculture Group Corp. is a farming operation located in Uruguay and it plans to list as “UAGR” on NYSE and it is one we have heard little about.

Wesco Aircraft Holdings Inc. will list as “WAIR” on NYSE.  We expect 21 million shares in a range of $15.50 to $17.50 as of last look.

WhiteGlove Health Inc. will list as “WGH” on NYSE Amex.  This is one we have heard little about.
